Phase 1: Consultation & Concept (Week 1-2)
We meet on-site to discuss your vision, target demographic, and budget. We perform a site audit to check existing plumbing, gas, and electrical capacities.
Phase 2: Design & Documentation (Week 3-6)
Our interior designers create 3D renders and detailed floor plans. We prepare all technical drawings required for council or private certifier approval.
Phase 3: Construction & Joinery (Week 7-12)
This is where the magic happens. Our licensed builders, plumbers, and electricians move in. Our custom joinery team builds your counters and banquette seating off-site to ensure a rapid, high-quality installation.
Phase 4: Handover & Launch
We perform a final walkthrough, ensure all health permits are signed off, and hand over the keys. Your dream cafe is ready for its first “Grand Opening” latte.
“Who will be managing my project?” You will work directly with our experienced cafe shopfitters and project managers. You can even ask specifically for our lead specialists, Abby or Paul, who have overseen numerous successful cafe launches across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
